The VBG GROUP is an engineering Group with wholly-owned companies in Europe, the USA, India China. The Group’s operations are divided into three divisions - 
the Power Transmission Division, the Truck Equipment Division and the Trailer Equipment Division -  with products that are marketed under strong, well-known brands.  The VBG GROUP AB´s B-share was introduced on the stock exchange in 1987 and is listed on the Nasdaq OMX Nordic Exhange Small Cap.
